Dangerous characteristics:
Non-combustible. Fire can produce harmful vapors.
Health hazard: harmful in ingestion, toxic in inhalation. Cause burns, inhalation, skin contact can produce sensitization.
Environmental hazards: highly toxic to aquatic life.
Operational disposal and storage:
Operation precautions: closed operation, provide sufficient local exhaust air. Prevent steam from escaping into the workplace air. Operators must be specially trained and strictly abide by operating procedures. It is recommended that operators wear a self-priming filter gas mask (full cover), an adhesive cloth anti-poison jacket, and rubber gloves. Keep away from fire, heat source, no smoking in the workplace. Use explosion-proof ventilation systems and equipment. Do not weld or cut before removing liquid and vapor. Avoid creating smoke. Avoid contact with oxidants. Equipped with the corresponding variety and quantity of fire equipment and leakage emergency treatment equipment. An empty container may contain harmful residue.
Storage precautions: Usually the commodity is an aqueous solution with a stabilizer. Store in a cool, ventilated warehouse. Keep away from fire and heat. Keep out of direct sunlight. Keep the container sealed and do not contact with air. Should be stored separately from oxidizer, do not mix storage. It should not be kept long enough to avoid deterioration. Equipped with the corresponding variety and quantity of fire equipment. The storage area should be equipped with leak emergency treatment equipment and suitable holding materials.
Transportation precautions:
The railway transportation shall be carried out in strict accordance with the loading list of dangerous goods in the Regulations for the Transportation of Dangerous Goods of the Ministry of Railways. Before transportation, check whether the packaging container is complete and sealed, and ensure that the container does not leak, collapse, fall, or damage during transportation. It is strictly prohibited to mix with oxidants and edible chemicals. Transport vehicles and vessels must be thoroughly cleaned and disinfected, otherwise no other goods may be carried. When shipping, the fitting position should be far away from bedrooms and kitchens, and isolated from engine room, power supply, fire source and other parts. Road transport should follow the prescribed route, do not stay in residential and densely populated areas.
