APPLICATION

It is maily used as the foaming agent of such baked goods as bread, biscuits, cakes etc. Additionally, it's also widely usend in chemical and electronic equipment, etc.

Ammonium bicarbonate fertiliser is white powder with specific gravity1.586 and poor thermal stability, freely soluble in water but insoluble ethanol and acetone.
